Meet the Founder

Tracyleana Erwin | Founder of Greenhouse Foundry & Prophetic Perspectives Co.

I've been an entrepreneur my entire life, and after spending 10 years in full-time ministry, I've stepped into a new chapter that brings together my love for business, creativity, teaching, and developme

I've always loved creating spaces where women can connect, grow, and discover what's possible. Whether I'm designing an event, hosting a retreat, teaching, or bringing a new business idea to life, I love the creative process of building something meaningful.

I've also spent more than a decade growing and being refined in the prophetic. As a Prophetic Cultivator and Identity Specialist, I'm passionate about helping women recognize who they are, gain clarity for the season they're in, and move forward with confidence.

Greenhouse Foundry was born out of my belief that the woman behind the business matters just as much as the business she's building. I understand that life can change unexpectedly, even when you still have a vision to carry and a business to build. I wanted to create a place where Kingdom women founders could receive the support, clarity, and encouragement they need to navigate those seasons without losing themselves in the process.

And outside of business? Give me fashion, travel, a great cup of coffee, and an opportunity to create something beautiful, and I'm in my element!

I'm so glad you're here. Welcome to Greenhouse Foundry, where we're making room for the woman behind the vision.
